NDB is seeking a Semiconductor & Materials Science Intern to support semiconductor device development and materials research for our nano diamond battery technology with focus on Silicon Carbide (SiC). This internship offers hands-on experience with semiconductor fabrication, materials characterization, and device testing. You will assist with semiconductor device fabrication and testing, support materials characterization using analytical techniques, help with SiC substrate preparation and processing, and conduct research on semiconductor materials and devices. This position provides exposure to semiconductor physics, materials science, and cleanroom processes.
