NDB is seeking a Nuclear Fuel & Safety Engineer to lead the development of safe nuclear fuel configurations and comprehensive safety systems for our nano diamond battery technology. This combined role focuses on nuclear fuel design, radiation shielding, and safety analysis for micro-scale nuclear power systems. You will design nuclear fuel configurations optimized for energy output and safety, develop radiation shielding and containment strategies, conduct safety analyses and risk assessments, and ensure compliance with nuclear safety regulations. This role is critical to achieving regulatory approval and ensuring safe commercial deployment. This is a unique opportunity to work on next-generation nuclear technology in a safety-critical role.
