About your role
Your main responsibility will be managing supplier invoices, ensuring they are correctly tracked in our internal systems. Together with the team, you will help monitor deadlines, verify invoice data and maintain accurate records. This role offers hands-on experience in financial processes, excellent learning opportunities, and regular collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
Your primary tasks
Process invoices for accounting purposes and internal reporting
Coordinate with colleagues, suppliers and partners in the financial domain
Monitor approval flows and support colleagues with invoice-related questions
Maintain orderly records and help prepare monthly overviews or reports
Assist with deadline tracking and escalate issues when needed
Work with the management team to support accounting and controlling, as required
Your qualifications
Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting or a related field, or self-taught.
Working understanding of accounting and corporate finance principles
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities
About your employment
We are looking for a part-time employee for 8h/week, starting as soon as possible. This role is in-person in Vienna, Austria.
