Generable is building a state-of-the-art clinical research platform utilizing the latest advances in Bayesian inference and the open source Stan (mc-stan.org) project. They are currently working on a broad class of biomedical models with applications in Oncology, Pediatrics, Rare Diseases, and Neuroscience. The latter is part of the Virtual Epileptic Patient project in collaboration with the Institut de Neurosciences des Systèmes at Aix-Marseille Université.
