About the company:
- Develop deep expertise and understanding of Getro’s products, GTM strategy, and standards for pricing and negotiating renewals and expansion.
- Develop and execute upsell/cross-sell strategies (both 1:1 and 1:many) to maintain a robust expansion pipeline
- Manage annual renewal process including providing customer quotes/updated contracts as needed. If churn risks are identified in renewal process, partnering with CS team to create and execute save plans.
- Manage opportunity pipeline from week to week, providing accurate and timely forecasts to leadership.
- Support Sales inbound pipeline; occasionally taking demos/owning deals when there is overflow or planned PTO.
- Contribute to the sales pipeline via customer-led methodologies (ex. Generating customer referrals)
- Gather and provide customer feedback to directly inform Getro’s product roadmap & customer communication strategy
- Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple products
- 3+ years of quota-carrying, SaaS Account Management experience as a top performer
- Self-starter who brings solutions to the table - has owned your pipeline and had demonstrated success identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Sense of entrepreneurship: a self-starter with a high sense of urgency and ability to work within undefined processes
- Superior communication and presentation skills
- Preferred: Experience with Hubspot and ChurnZero
- Required: Located in MST to EST time zones
