Marketing Lead (Sr. Product/Content Marketer)

- Supporting product launches from 0 to 1 – partnering with our Product team to determine how we position products and defining our unique value proposition, updating website landing pages, writing newsletter content to educate our customers and the market on Getro, etc.
- Market Research: Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities, and using data-driven insights to inform our marketing strategies and product roadmap
- Defining Getro’s ongoing content strategy across initiatives, personas, and channels to contribute to revenue growth (monthly customer newsletter, blog, sales kit, case studies, reports/ebooks, email, social, video)
- Owning the translation of Getro’s narrative into high-quality pieces of content that capture target messaging, engage customers and prospective customers, position Getro as the category leader, and drive new qualified leads
- Partnering with Customer Success and Experience team to interview current customers and facilitate customer generated content/case studies
- Repurposing existing content from webinars, ebooks, and events into digestible formats for social campaigns, digital ads, and more.
- Conducting keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic visibility and drive targeted traffic to the website
- Tracking and measure content performance to inform content strategy
- Helping manage the company website and social media platforms
- Supporting Growth team through the development and delivery of sales assets, including sell sheets and pitch decks
- Leveraging the most up to date AI tools to accelerate work and improve outcomes
- You’re an entrepreneurial self-starter with a high sense of urgency and ability to work within undefined processes
- You’re a great communicator and inspiring storyteller who can captivate an audience across multiple formats
- You’re not afraid to experiment with innovative content types and formats that go beyond traditional blogs and ebooks, capturing audience attention in new ways — think engaging social posts, video clips, and audio snippets
- You’re excited to connect with industry leaders and practitioners who can share their wisdom so you can produce relevant, expertise-driven content
- 5+ years of experience in marketing focused roles at B2B software companies with less than 100 employees
- GTM execution – experience with product launches
- Track record creating engaging content for thousands of followers
- Experience independently developing and owning a content calendar across multiple channels and content types (newsletters, video channel, social, case studies etc)
- Familiarity with lead-nurturing practices to attract and build audiences with hyper-relevant content
- Deep understanding of how to measure content's impact and connect it to business outcomes, using data-driven insights to optimize content strategies
- Required: Experience with Webflow and Hubspot
- Required: Located in MST, CST, or EST time zones
- Preferred: Prior SEO, and social media management experience
