Glamera is a B2B SaaS solution that targets the beauty industry from (Beauty Salon – Barber shops – Massage – Spa – Gym) and has a great solution that can support owners to operate their places with more than 10 modules (Booking – Finance – Marketing – HR).. and other modules.

Main Job Responsibilities / Duties:

• Execute implementation appointments with customers accurately and on time.
• Full training to the end user on our portal.
• Support customers after implementation by our support methods.
• Attend product functionality briefings and training sessions.
• Provide a report after training to the sales co to be checked with quality calls.
• Add suggestions in product development.
• Share in system testing from the end user's point of view.
• And phase sales for other company services.
• Execute additional related tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Job Requirements

• BA / BS degree in commerce.
• Know the district very well.
• Very Good Office and Windows user.
• Very Good command of English.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
