The sales Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations in the sales department. His duties include hiring and training sales staff, relaying information from upper management to department staff about sales quotas, and generating leads to divide among Sales Representatives.

Job description

  • Manage a sales team day to day operations.
  • Ability to implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Set sales goals and compare performance to goals for achieving.
  • Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.
  • Ability to deal with VIP customers and open new sales channels.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
  • Sharing in hiring and training the sales team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience as "Software Sales Manager".
  • Strong oral and written communication and language skills.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and using, and implementing CRM and sales tracking systems
  • Strong analytical, Negotiating persuasion, and Presentation skills.
  • Experience in selling SAAS – ERP solutions
  • Ready to travel within the provinces if needed.
