📌 About Glamera

GLAMERA is a Tech Startup (SaaS and Payment), which is focusing on the beauty and lifestyle industry in MENA region. By an All-in-one platform, Glamera SaaS helps beauty services providers such as barber shops, beauty salons, spas and gyms in reducing wasted products, booking process, managing their salons remotely and getting more users through marketing.

🔹 About the role:

Sr. Business Development Specialist drives strategic business sales and partnerships within the GCC market. This dynamic role combines sales, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination to manage company transactions and cultivate lasting partner relationships.

🔹 Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Identify and engage new business opportunities and potential clients across the GCC
  • Research client needs, industry trends, and tailor pitches to meet their objectives
  • Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and partnership materials
  • Lead negotiations and manage end-to-end partnership deals
  • Coordinate with legal and finance teams for contract execution
  • Support current partners and identify cross-sell & upsell opportunities
  • Deliver market insights and feedback to enhance Glamera’s positioning
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates and reporting

🔹Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 2–3 years in business development, B2B partnerships, or SaaS sales
  • Proven experience working with clients in the Gulf market
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker with excellent market analysis and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and data tracking systems
  • Collaborative mindset and cross-functional communication skills
  • Fluent in English; Arabic (especially Gulf dialects) is a plus
