About the role:

The Auto Register Sales role is responsible for managing and optimizing the sales process for clients registered through automated systems. This includes handling client follow-ups via calls and WhatsApp, managing CRM entries effectively, and ensuring a smooth transition of leads through the sales funnel. The goal is to maximize conversion rates and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Lead Generation & Management

  • Generate high-quality leads via inbound, outbound, and self-registration channels.
  • Initiate contact with prospects via phone, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers—even if they’re not ready to buy today.

CRM & Communication

  • Log all updates, follow-ups, and interactions in HubSpot.
  • Follow up through WhatsApp with timely and professional messages, sending comparisons and information.

Closing & Onboarding

  • Drive deals through to closure and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and help clients understand product features and value.

Customer Support & Expansion

  • Guide new customers through a systematic onboarding process, addressing both technical and non-technical evaluations.
  • Educate customers and their teams on the value of the product, ensuring they understand its features and benefits.
  • Provide ongoing support to address any client issues or questions promptly.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Mass Communication or Commerce preferred.
  • At least 2 years of Experience as Sales in B2B
  • Strong Gulf market experience is a must.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to understand and address client requirements.
  • Resilience, self-motivation, and a performance-driven mindset.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English; Gulf dialect is a plus.
  • Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Skilled in handling multiple clients and closing high-impact deals.
