GLAMERA is a Tech Startup (SaaS and Payment), which is focusing on the beauty and lifestyle industry in MENA region. By an All-in-one platform, Glamera SaaS helps beauty services providers such as barber shops, beauty salons, spas and gyms in reducing wasted products, booking process, managing their salons remotely and getting more users through marketing.

Are you passionate about engaging potential clients, sparking interest, and fueling business growth from the very first touchpoint? We’re looking for a motivated SDR to join our dynamic team at Glamera and be at the forefront of our sales pipeline.

🔹 Key Responsibilities & Duties

Lead Generation & Sales Support:

  • Drive awareness and fill the top of the funnel by identifying and attracting potential clients.
  • Act as the first point of contact for live chat sales inquiries.
  • Generate leads via social media, referrals, and inbound trial users, guiding them through the onboarding journey.
  • Perform outbound sales activities (calls, emails, social outreach) to qualify leads and pass them on to the senior sales team.
  • Support the Sales Team by following up with pending clients and helping drive deals to closure.

Lead Qualification & Engagement

  • Qualify high-quality opportunities and schedule follow-up meetings with the sales Team.
  • Build rapport and nurture relationships that turn interest into conversion.

Reporting :

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records using CRM (HubSpot)—documenting progress, notes, and touchpoints.
  • Master lead tracking, follow-up routines, and email management within HubSpot.
  • Provide valuable feedback on lead sources and marketing campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Coordinator and Customer Success team to advance business development opportunities.

🔎 What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the software industry.
  • Previous experience in SaaS or POS sales is highly preferred.
  • Experience targeting the Gulf market is a strong plus.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and discovery skills with a knack for understanding client needs.
  • Strong relationship builder with a referral mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like HubSpot.
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven, and collaborative environment.
