You’ll work closely with performance and lifecycle marketing to drive scalable campaigns and messaging that build strong brand awareness and volume in platform activations.

You'll report to the Sr. Director of Performance & Lifecycle and must be commutable to our NYC office. This role will operate in a hybrid environment with 2 days per week in our New York City office (Tuesdays & Thursdays).

  • Develop and implement ROI-first marketing strategies that drive the direction of landing pages, websites, copy, layouts and funnels that are designed to convert
  • Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement; prepare and present recommendations and findings from experimental data all the way up to exec team
  • Oversee campaign and content automation (including programmatic content) to achieve scale in marketing initiatives
  • Work with channel leaders and analytics teams to set up a metrics monitoring system that sends the team alerts when conversion rates or CAC shifts outside of normal day to day fluctuations
  • Manage all things Martech, including but not limited to making sure our pixel events are always working properly for all channels and helping channel leads to implement new pixel events or in-app events through branch or segment when needed

  • Experience with martech tools, specifically fb events manager, fb conversion api, segment, google analytics, google tag manager, looker data studio, and branch.
  • Experience working at a high-growth company with a self-serve funnel and a range of customer sizes
  • Highly analytical and results-driven executor that likes to move fast on projects and work hard to make a measurable impact to the marketing funnel
  • Process-driven leader who can build scalable systems using automations and technology
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, Google Analytics, Data Visualization (eg, Looker), and Webflow
