As Frontend Team Lead at GO TO-U, you will manage and guide our frontend developers to build innovative, user-centric web applications. Leveraging your expertise in Angular, you will set technical direction and standards to take our platform to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage a team of front-end developers and ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
2. Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using Angular and related technologies, setting coding guidelines and best practices.
3. Work closely with the back-end and UX/UI team to translate mockups into high-quality, responsive user interfaces.
4. Optimize performance of frontend applications and spearhead migration to new frameworks/technologies.
5. Provide technical leadership through code reviews, technical design discussions, and mentoring of team members.
6. Identify and implement improvements to team processes, tools, and technologies.
7. Debug complex issues across the full frontend stack.
8. Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and technologies in front-end development.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in front-end development, with 3+ years in Angular.
3. Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading a frontend team.
4. Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and TypeScript.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Ability to think strategically about front-end architecture and technologies.
7. Passion for developing teams, setting standards, and evolving our platform.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with other front-end frameworks or libraries.
2. Prior experience in startups or agile environments.
3. Experience with AI-powered tools for improving frontend performance and automation would be a plus.
4. Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
