About the Role: Craft the Category & Make Us Famous
We're not looking for someone to “manage social media.”
We’re looking for someone who wants to own the narrative, define the category, and make GoAudience the go-to brand for DTC marketing teams.
We’re looking for a Head of Brand Marketing to lead the charge in shaping and scaling our brand narrative across every touchpoint. If you’re a seasoned brand leader with deep SaaS roots, a sharp creative mind, and the strategic muscle to elevate a brand from good to great, we want to meet you.

You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Defining and evolving GoAudience’s brand positioning and tone
- Creating high-impact campaigns that blend thought leadership, case studies, and demand gen
- Writing and editing founder-style content (you’ll collaborate closely with our CEO)
- Turning our customer data and results into stories that travel
- Overseeing visual and verbal brand consistency across web, email, and social
- Owning and scaling our LinkedIn presence (brand + founder-led)
We’d Love to Work With You If You:
- Have 3–6+ years in B2B SaaS brand/content roles
- Have experience building brands in martech, adtech, or e-commerce SaaS
- Can turn complex ideas into clear, punchy messaging
- Know how to drive inbound interest and not just polish the brand
- Have a strong POV on marketing and enjoy category creation work
