Gordion Bioscience has built a proprietary patient-derived dependency map across 20,000 genes and 26 cancer types, translating real tumor biology into pipeline decisions. Standard preclinical models (CRISPR screens, cell lines) systematically misrepresent the dependencies operating in patient tumors. Gordion's map is built entirely from tumor biopsies, revealing what tumors actually depend on in human disease. Platform applications: Target validation — distinguishing clinically translatable targets from cell-line artifacts.
