What You'll Do
The Onboarding Partner Manager role is focused on activating new Gorgias agency partners for our leading partner program. This is a revenue focused role on the Commercial Partnerships team with the goal of generating leads from new partners. You will own:
Revenue generated by leads from new agency partners. You will hold a quota and be responsible for optimizing your pipeline of agencies to hit that quota.
Building relationships with new agency partners to drive value in their first 90 days in the partner program
20+ agency onboardings per month during which you will meet virtually, and occasionally in-person, with new agency partners for discovery, demos, team trainings, account mappings, events, and more
Implement our partner programs to help ecommerce agencies grow their business
Collaboration with the broader partnerships teams to drive partner activation
Collaboration with the sales teams to close leads generated from your agency partners
Who You Are
You want to step up to a challenge and maximize your impact to scale agency activation at Gorgias

Strong relationship building and communication skills. You are curious and able to understand our agency partners’ needs and can craft compelling stories on how we can grow together through partnership.
Experience in sales and partnerships with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding quotas
You have a strong ability to influence. People trust you for your matter expertise
You are comfortable solving problems and using data to make decisions
You are extremely organized and comfortable managing relationships with a high volume of partners
Very tech savvy and comfortable leveraging automations to boost efficiency
