We raised $25 million in our Series B round in December 2020 and $30 million in our Series C round in 2022. We more than doubled in size in every meaningful way: annual recurring revenue, the size of our customer base, and the size of our Gorgias team, for starters.

About the Creative Team
🎨 As a Senior Designer, You’ll be the no#1 hire for the creative team, reporting directly to the Creative Director. As a part of the Integrated Marketing team, we serve as a creative studio for the entire organization and lead the direction of our brand, visual identity, and marketing design standards across our marketing and sales channels including our website, one-pagers, animations, sales decks, social channels and trade show booths.
What You’ll Do
Work cross-functionally to uncover and define creative outcomes through design. You’ll be responsible for ensuring brand consistency and continuous improvement in our design standards and methods of delivery.
UI/UX Excellence: Work with our in-house webflow developer to create intuitive and conversion rich user interfaces
Digital Design Leadership: Direct the design process for our website and digital channels, prioritizing usability and accessibility from concept to launch.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product designers, marketers, developers, and other stakeholders to transform requirements into compelling design solutions.
Prototyping and Iteration: Build interactive prototypes to test design concepts, iterating based on user feedback and insights.
Design System First: Actively contribute to the development and refinement of our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all design projects.
Use problem-solving skills to break down complex problems and facilitate discussions with cross-functional teams, enabling effective decision-making and the creation of impactful design solutions
Who You Are:

Demonstrated ability in building and evolving design systems.
Dependable, resourceful, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Talents in illustration, storyboarding and motion design would be welcomed additions to this role.
