About the Creative Team

🎨 As a Senior Designer, You’ll be the no#1 hire for the creative team, reporting directly to the Creative Director. As a part of the Integrated Marketing team, we serve as a creative studio for the entire organization and lead the direction of our brand, visual identity, and marketing design standards across our marketing and sales channels including our website, one-pagers, animations, sales decks, social channels and trade show booths.

What You’ll Do

Work cross-functionally to uncover and define creative outcomes through design. You’ll be responsible for ensuring brand consistency and continuous improvement in our design standards and methods of delivery.

• UI/UX Excellence: Work with our in-house webflow developer to create intuitive and conversion rich user interfaces

• Digital Design Leadership: Direct the design process for our website and digital channels, prioritizing usability and accessibility from concept to launch.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product designers, marketers, developers, and other stakeholders to transform requirements into compelling design solutions.

• Prototyping and Iteration: Build interactive prototypes to test design concepts, iterating based on user feedback and insights.

• Design System First: Actively contribute to the development and refinement of our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all design projects.

• Use problem-solving skills to break down complex problems and facilitate discussions with cross-functional teams, enabling effective decision-making and the creation of impactful design solutions

Who You Are:

• Talents in illustration, storyboarding and motion design would be welcomed additions to this role.
