About the team
✍️ You will be joining a dynamic and passionate People Ops team of 12 individuals, divided into four departments: People Experience, People Success, Talent Development, and Talent Acquisition. Our team is dedicated to creating an exceptional environment that fosters the growth of exceptional people.
🙋 The Talent Acquisition Team comprises three dedicated members, including two recruiters and a Talent Acquisition Manager. They collaboratively manage recruitment efforts for both technical and non-technical roles spanning across Europe and the United States.
🚀 We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to assist us in scaling the engineering and product teams in Europe but not only.
What you will do
As a Technical Recruiter at Gorgias, you will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing top technical talent to join our growing team.
You will be a valuable partner to hiring managers, leveraging your expertise to provide guidance and support throughout the recruiting process. You will work closely with them to gain a deep understanding of the inner workings of each team, enabling their vision through a balanced focus on speed, quality, and candidate experience.
You will coach hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and provide guidance on processes to follow.
You will provide an excellent candidate experience and elevate our employer brand through thoughtfully crafted messaging and positioning.
You'll have complete ownership of recruiting, with the autonomy to create, upgrade or obliterate current hiring processes and work on related projects as needed.
You will proactively put together dashboards and reports for leadership and hiring managers to measure and manage progress and will propose hiring strategies to achieve the hiring goals.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deeply understand our business, our culture, and the candidate profiles that are the best fit for our company.

Who you are
Minimum 5 years of experience as a tech recruiter.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English
Experience working in a fast-growing tech startup or small company environment
A track record of attracting top talent and providing exceptional candidate experiences
Prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to identify high-value tasks
A desire to constantly improve and optimize recruiting processes
A belief in the importance of hiring for cultural fit
Sees recruiting as a vital part of company success, not just a task. Enjoys interviewing and connecting with candidates, and is ready to collaborate with hiring managers for optimal hires
