As one of our Agency Partner Managers based in Europe, you will join a team that focuses on enabling internal and external parties and growing revenue by forging strong partnerships with other leading agency partners in the e-commerce ecosystem. This is a key role for Gorgias and you will require positive energy and tenacity with solving problems.
What You'll Do
Help scale our Agency Partnerships channel by driving revenue through existing & newly identified Agency Partners. You will leverage traditional & innovative business development tactics to build a revenue flywheel with our Agency Partners:
Drive Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through industry agency partners and events
Be the face of the company at various events, meetups, and trade shows
Work closely with Account Managers to help them close deals
Develop our partner program, processes, and documents to enable our partners to become ambassadors of our software and drive leads through our sales process
Constantly optimize the sales pipeline by leveraging data analysis at each step of the process
Become a thought leader on the topic of ecommerce
Activate new partners based in Europe
Who You Are

Previous experience in ecommerce or at a SaaS company desired but not necessary
Comfortable in an international environment, can be traveling 25% of the time

You are fluent in two languages: English (required) and either French or German

150 Tier 1 Agency Partners, 700 Tier 2 Partners, and 1000+ Tier 3 Partners

This position is office based in Paris
KPI Structure
You will carry and own a quarterly revenue quota (closed ARR), the compensation for which will be paid out on a monthly basis.
