About the Role

We’re hiring a strong sales leader to lead our Commercial Account Management Team. You’ll drive expansion and renewals across a large, diverse book of business and play a critical role in scaling our Commercial post-sales revenue motion. This role is ideal for a manager who excels in deal execution, loves coaching, and can inspire a team to consistently outperform.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead a high-performing AM team: Manage and coach 6 Commercial Account Managers, each overseeing 100–120 accounts, ensuring they exceed revenue and performance goals.

  • Coach in deals, not just in theory: Join AM calls, model strong discovery and negotiation, and guide AMs through live deal strategy and execution.

  • Be onsite with customers: Visit customers independently or alongside AMs to deepen relationships, unlock opportunities, and drive strategic expansions.

  • Develop talent: Provide clear, structured coaching on sales skills and career progression, helping AMs grow into their next role.

  • Strengthen process & predictability: Build SLAs, improve forecasting rigor, and refine workflows to create a scalable, repeatable Commercial motion.

  • Influence strategy: Surface customer insights, competitive signals, and market trends to shape our Commercial playbooks and GTM approach.

  • Drive cross-functional alignment: Partner closely with CX, Sales and Product to align priorities, define ROEs, and create frictionless customer experiences.

  • Own reporting & accountability: Deliver concise updates on team performance, pipeline health, risks, and wins to senior leadership.

Who You Are

  • Experienced Manager: 2+ years leading a quota carrying sales team, with a track record of exceeding quota and developing high performers.

  • Proven Seller: 3–5 years as an AE (Commercial and ideally Enterprise), with strong closing experience.

  • Sales Methodology: Mastery of discovery, qualification, value selling, and negotiation —and you know how to coach it.

  • Emotionally Intelligent Leader: Skilled at motivating teams, giving direct feedback, and building trust.

  • Data-Driven Operator: Comfortable analyzing KPIs, spotting trends, and using insights to drive performance.

  • Exceptional Communicator: Clear, confident, and persuasive with customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with HubSpot, Gong, and modern GTM tools.

  • SaaS & E-commerce: Experience in SaaS or working with e-commerce brands is a strong plus.

  • Thrives in High-Growth Environments: Organized, adaptable, and great at prioritizing in a fast-moving setting.
