About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you will build AI powered growth programs that strengthen Gorgias’s presence in Conversational Commerce and create reliable systems for acquiring and expanding customers. Think of this role as part growth engineering, part data storytelling, part automation architect.
You’ll work across Growth, Data, Product, Content, and PMM teams — often acting as the bridge between them. You’ll use your SQL skills and your ability to vibe code fast prototypes to turn loose ideas, insights, and hypotheses into actual experiences people can see, use, and share. If a team has a concept worth exploring, you’ll be the person who turns it into something real instead of another slide in a planning deck.
You’ll create workflows that scale without drama, content engines that don’t depend on luck, and AI systems that get sharper over time. And because you’ll help shape visible, public facing initiatives like the Gorgias CX Lab, this is work the industry will associate with you. Your craft and your personal brand will grow in the process.
What You’ll Do
Build data powered growth engines using first party Gorgias insights, the kind of work people actually want to read. You’ll design interactive data experiences, ship the Gorgias CX Lab, the AI App Directory, and create AI generated lead magnets that feel more like products than marketing. Your name will be attached to these projects, so make them memorable.
Drive pipeline with a primary focus on new sales, then expansion supporting DG team with AI optimized outbound, referral plays, and event follow ups, sharper targeting, cleaner prompts, and messaging that sounds like a person, not a sequence.
Implement and coach our AI Agents refining instructions, reasoning, knowledge sources, and output quality for demo booking, LinkedIn prospecting, positive reply handling, and website visitor engagement.
Prototype, automate, and ship using tools like n8n, Google Opal, AI Studio, — and plenty of vibe coding — leveraging APIs, webhooks, and LLMs to build growth infrastructure that scales intelligently and breaks gracefully.
Who You Are

Fluent in SQL and comfortable turning raw tables into insight.
Comfortable vibe coding quick prototypes in whatever tool gets you to an answer fastest.
The kind of person who sees a repetitive task and immediately thinks “workflow” instead of “I’ll do this manually forever.”
You care about clarity, craft, and making things people actually want to read or use.
You work independently, iterate quickly, and fix things without waiting for permission.
