As the ‘Head of Beauty’ you will help identify, engage, and close new business, as part of our core team. While a challenging position, for the right person, that’s smart and tough, dynamic and creative, this role can also be one of the most rewarding roles.
The ‘Head of Vertical’ Pioneer: In this role, you’ll develop a unique bond with the founders and early team members—a connection that reps 10, 20, or 200 will never quite replicate. More importantly, this position is much more than a salesperson but rather a vertical lead responsible for creating a playbook that involved sales, product, marketing, and client relationships. You will create the playbook for leaders to come. You will need be a jack of all trades - a person who will do whatever it takes!

What you must have

Required: Strong work ethic, resilience, and humble eagerness to learn
In this role, you will be tested to your limits and you will have to not just work hard but humbly accept when you fail, take feedback from the team, and exhibit strength. You are HUNGRY, HUMBLE, and ELEVATE those around you while crushing goals.
Startup lean mentality: Scrappy, and the ability to make do without much support, resources, budget, etc.
You must have an owner mindset - not an employee mindset.
You thrive working in a fast-paced environment, with little instructions, and get the job done no matter what. You like to own, you don’t rent.
Experience:
7-10 years of experience in a sales role, ideally within a startup or fast-paced environment with high velocity sales.
Experience managing SaaS sales cycles at a previous startup. Early stage startup (zero to one) preferably pre-Series A within a technology.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Previous experience working with tools such as commerce platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Hubspot, and Attentive.
