We’re looking for an AI/ML Engineer to help us enhance our AI-powered ergonomic risk assessments with the goal of helping manufacturing companies prevent musculoskeletal injuries. You’ll work at the intersection of computer vision, pose estimation, and biomechanics, turning raw video data into precise, actionable insights.

As an AI/ML Engineer, you’ll play a central role in developing computational systems that can detect grips, wrist positions, gestures, and postures—pushing the boundaries of how we understand human movement in industrial environments.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Research and implement AI/ML algorithms to improve the accuracy of our ergonomic risk assessments.
• Work with pose-tracking data, applying geometric and ML techniques to refine model performance.
• Solve complex classification tasks to improve Postura’s ability to interpret human movement and interactions.
• Collaborate with the team to integrate algorithms into production, ensuring performance meets product requirements.
• Staying updated on the latest trends and breakthroughs in AI/ML and incorporating them into our R&D process.
