As our company scales, we are seeking an enthusiastic, data-driven, results-oriented Marketing Strategist as our first marketing hire to amplify our demand generation and lead conversion objective. This role requires expertise in driving the right metrics, helping create impactful messaging, and craft our public brand in all relevant channels. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing content that tells our brand story, educates our audience, and drives engagement across various channels. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in both crafting content and shaping the strategy behind it. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, from sales to product and engineering, to ensure that all content aligns with our company goals and resonates with our target audience—primarily process manufacturers and industrials. The top success criteria of this role is demand generation and lead conversion. We’re excited to connect with candidates who possess a strong artistic flair and an eye for design, a natural passion for social media, with the ability to leverage all available channels to generate buzz around our technology and strengthen brand awareness.

What You Will Do

  • Lead marketing initiatives with a clear, strategic point of view.
  • Create, track and report on key marketing metrics specifically in demand generation.
  • Develop data-driven marketing strategies aligned with qualified lead generation goals.
  • Create dashboards and reporting structures for marketing insights.
  • Craft high-impact outbound messaging for outreach campaigns from copy
  • Lead the re-design of website and test it rigorously for inbound leads
  • Optimize SEO of the website to drive organic traffic and inbound leads
  • Ensure all campaigns contribute to measurable business growth.
  • About You

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing at pre-Series B funded tech startups.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in tracking sales and marketing metrics.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Proven ability to craft compelling outbound messaging.
  • Design sensibility with experience in landing page optimization.
  • Decisive, strategic thinker focused on revenue impact.
  • Knowledge of CAC, LTV, and marketing attribution models.
  • SaaS or technology industry experience.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and Salesforce
  • Basic proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
  • Strong SQL or data analysis skills.
  • Strong team player mindset, comfortable sharing knowledge and collaborating within a team environment.
