As our company grows and scales, we are excited for a Fall Co-op to join our team! The role will have an ability to work cross-functionally and integrate projects into the greater product scheme picture during engineering decisions, scoping, architecture, and collaboration. Ideally, the Fall Co-op will begin in September 2025 (if not earlier.)

What You Will Do

  • Working with H2Ok Innovations' software team to create an improved process for hardware setup with intent to hand off to a contract manufacturer
  • Setting up H2Ok Innovations' proprietary IoT hardware through Linux-based software
  • Taking lead on streamlining a provisioning process for minimal user intervention
  • Following and improving Standard Operating Procedures for Edge Gateway provisioning and Smart Sensor calibration
  • Contribute to a driven team of engineers
  • Create strong processes and workflows for developing, deploying, and scaling the product
  • Building and maintaining good documentation of workflow and codebase, as well as developing processes for scalable software development and stable deployment
  • Work on a rapidly changing set of cross-disciplinary projects around software development
  • About You

    Our Interview Process
    Phone screen with H2Ok Recruiter (15-20 minutes)
    Intro call with Hiring Manager (30 minutes)
    Depending on the role, a skills exercise that should take no longer than an hour to prep
    On-site interview, including short tour of GTL, overview of tech, and interview/presentation with the Hiring Manager and a few team members
