We’re searching for a Project Manager & Developer Advocate who will collaborate both with our client’s engineering teams as with our own. The goal will be to advocate Habit’s Platform to our clients and manage projects internally to provide the necessary deliverables by having an end-to-end oversight of the projects, while keeping all players coordinated on progress and deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project schedules based on product requirements

• Work with multiple teams through milestones and communicate project statuses

• Facilitate communication across the company

• Ensure efficient project development and guarantee quality and on-time delivery

• Full project life cycle involvement, from the requirements definition and testing to the final completion and sign-off

• Teach external developers how to use Habit’s Platform

• Provide creative solutions for project blockers

• Manage roadmaps, projects and more

• Identify and plan resources' needs towards product objectives

• Identify dependencies or potential risks

• Manage expectations among all stakeholders

Personal characteristics

• Skills and experience in dealing and managing multiple teams to facilitate solutions

• Aware of mobile and cloud software technical architectures and understand technical concepts (e.g.: API’s) as well as understand software development processes

• Knowledge of project management and issue tracking tools

• Strong organizational skills, rigorous and methodical

• Strong focus on execution

• Excellent communication skills

• Autonomous, proactive and able to adapt

• Able to maintain a positive attitude and be a team morale

Main requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Software Project management

• Developer background

• Fluent in English

Nice to have

• Engineering degree in Computer Science or related
