About the Role

We are seeking U.S.-qualified legal professionals to contribute their expertise to cutting-edge AI research. In this project, you will help improve AI reasoning by designing tasks, evaluating outputs, and ensuring solutions align with legal standards and first principles.

This is a remote, project-based opportunity with flexible hours, ideal for attorneys interested in combining legal knowledge with AI research.

What You’ll Do

• Generate prompts and tasks that challenge AI reasoning
• Evaluate AI-generated solutions for correctness, logic, and assumptions
• Apply structured scoring criteria to assess multi-step problem solving
• Help improve AI reasoning aligned with accepted legal principles

Required Qualifications

• U.S. law degree (Bachelor, J.D., LLM, FLLM) and BAR certification
• 2+ years of legal practice in U.S. jurisdiction
• Strong written English (C1/C2)
• Stable internet connection for remote work

Preferred Skills

• Experience in legal research, compliance, or litigation
• Familiarity with structured evaluation or scoring methods

Project Details

• Estimated 10–20 hours/week during active phases
• Paid contributions up to $90/hour, with potential project-based incentives
• Fully remote and flexible
