Role & Responsibilities:

• We are looking for a skilled financial controller to join the Haven Connect team on a part-time basis. This role reports directly to the CEO.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Manage book-keeping and accounting vendor (ScaleFactor).
• Responsible for executing payroll.
• Coordinate with the CEO to prepare professional financial performance presentations for board meetings on a quarterly basis.
• Financial modeling/reporting: track and report financial performance to management on a regular basis.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years in a financial controller role or similar position
• Ability to create and maintain complex financial models
• Fluency in GAAP based financial reporting
• Fluency in Excel, Quickbooks, and G-suite
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-starter with bias toward action
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience reporting and presenting to C-Suite and board level.
