Position Summary

We are seeking a pharmacist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll support patients directly through expert counseling, oversee prescription accuracy and safety, and collaborate with our pharmacy partner network to improve outcomes. You’ll play a key role in reducing medication costs while ensuring patients receive the highest quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Review and execute physician’s prescriptions and checking their appropriateness
• Listen carefully to customers to interpret their needs and issues and offer information and advice
• Prepare medicine when appropriate using correct dosages and material for each individual patient
• Keep records of patient history and of all activities regarding heavy medication
• Comply with all applicable legal rules, regulations and procedures
• Supervise pharmacy technicians on duty

Required:

• Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an ACPE-accredited program.
• Active pharmacist license in New Hampshire.
• Strong knowledge base in pharmacotherapy, specialty medications, and clinical pharmacy practice.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and patient-first approach.
• Comfort with telehealth and digital health technologies.

Preferred:

• Experience in retail or specialty pharmacy.
• Exposure to cost-containment programs or PBM operations.
