We’re looking for a data-driven, growth-focused Customer Success Manager (CSM) with deep performance marketing expertise to help our customers scale aggressively and maximize ROI. Your Impact

  • Turn onboarding into acceleration – help customers go from activation to measurable success through rapid experimentation.
  • Drive growth through data – analyze performance metrics, uncover insights, and introduce high-impact optimizations that fuel expansion.
  • Maximize revenue opportunities – identify upsells, cross-sells, and retention strategies using customer behavior data.
  • Optimize marketing performance – guide customers on best practices in paid acquisition, conversion rate optimization (CRO), lifecycle marketing, and retention.
  • Own the customer journey – ensure customers scale efficiently by removing friction, testing new tactics, and iterating fast.
  • Improve customer funnel metrics – track activation, engagement, retention, and LTV to refine strategies.
  • Educate & innovate – host growth-focused strategy sessions and deliver data-driven reports to help customers stay ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate for impact – work closely with sales, product, and marketing to ensure customers are getting maximum value.
  • Be in the trenches – travel as needed to build stronger relationships and unlock deeper growth opportunities.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in customer success, growth marketing, or account management at a high-growth SaaS company.
  • Expertise in performance marketing, analytics, and data-driven growth strategies.
  • Proficiency with data tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Tableau) and marketing platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Meta Ads, Google Ads).
  • A track record of scaling customer revenue through experimentation, funnel optimization, and lifecycle strategies.
  • A consultative, strategic mindset with the ability to translate data into high-impact recommendations.
  • A deep understanding of CAC, LTV, retention, and cohort analysis.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and execution-focused approach to problem-solving.

Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM PST
