What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end design process, from concepts to polished execution.
• Lead user research and testing, ensuring data-driven design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with founders, product and engineering teams to deliver seamless, engaging user experiences.
• Develop and evolve a design system that scales as we grow.
• Hire and lead a world-class design team.
