Heatseeker is looking for our first Head of Sales in the US to take the lead on expansion into our biggest market. You’ll be supported by the founding team and backed by an experienced board and customer traction. We’re growing fast—and we’re just getting started.
About HeatseekerHeatseeker is the world’s first AI-powered market experiments platform. We help big companies stop guessing and start testing. By running rapid A/B tests across Meta, TikTok and other channels, our customers get quant-based voice-of-the-buyer insights—in days, not months.
Instead of relying on outdated surveys and research decks that gather dust, our customers use Heatseeker to validate value props, marketing strategies, and product concepts fast. It’s the new standard for go-to-market decision-making.
We’re already working with major enterprises across health, financial services, and tech—and now we’re ready to scale in the US.
About the RoleYou’ll be the first sales hire on the ground in the US. That means wearing a few hats: dealmaker, strategy shaper, builder of pipeline, closer of enterprise contracts, and future team leader.
You’ll work directly with the founders and be a key player in shaping our US go-to-market strategy. This is a rare chance to join at the right moment—when the product works, customers love it, and we’re ready to scale.
What You’ll Do- Own revenue growth in the US – Lead and close new business across enterprise and mid-market segments, with a focus on marketing, innovation, and product leaders.
- Build out the US pipeline – Work outbound channels, referrals, and strategic partnerships while collaborating with our marketing team on inbound motion.
- Refine our sales playbook – Develop and iterate on messaging, demos, objection handling, and proposals that drive conversions in-market.
- Collaborate cross-functionally – Work with our product and customer teams to ensure prospects see the value—and that we’re continuously learning from every deal.
- Lay the foundation for scale – Help shape the future US sales team and create repeatable systems for hiring, onboarding, and performance management.

- Are based in the US and comfortable working closely with a global team.
- Experience selling to enterprise marketing, product, or innovation teams.
- Background in SaaS, AI tools, or market research/marketing tech.
- A personal obsession with rapid validation, testing, and learning.
