We help large companies validate messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies through rapid, quant-based experiments—no more relying on dated research or gut feel. As we expand into the US, we’re hiring our first Customer Success Manager (CSM) stateside.
This role blends high-level strategy with hands-on execution. You’ll partner with some of the world’s most ambitious brands to help them use Heatseeker to uncover what really works—and what doesn’t.
What You’ll Do:
- Onboard and guide customers – Support US-based clients from day one through scaling their experimentation efforts.
- Coach teams on experiment design – Help customers run smarter tests and interpret the results with confidence.
- Deliver real impact – Turn test outcomes into clear recommendations for GTM, messaging, or product direction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally – Share feedback with product, help refine sales motions, and contribute to our overall growth strategy.
- Establish our US presence – Be a founding part of Heatseeker’s US team and help shape our playbook and culture.
What You Bring:
- A background in consulting or research and experimentation - you bring structure, strategic thinking, and know how to drive results.
- Confidence working with data and growth strategies
- Experience working with or supporting enterprise clients.
- An ability to translate technical detail into business impact.
- Comfort working remotely, with an early stage company.
- US-based, and able to work flexibly across time zones (with Sydney team and clients in PST)
