ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Senior or Principal Engineer to join us in building the future of market experimentation. This isn’t just about writing great code, it’s about owning systems, adopting the latest in AI tooling, shaping architecture, and driving product impact at speed.

What You’ll Do

• Code across the full stack, from infrastructure to frontend.
• Architect systems that are fast, scalable, and a delight to build on.
• Collaborate closely with your fellow engineers, founders, product, design, and data to ship features that drive customer impact.
• Push forward technical standards, tooling, and best practices.
• Mentor and support other engineers as we grow the team.
• Be a core contributor to company strategy from a technical lens.

What We’re Looking For

• Builder’s Mindset: You care about elegant code and real-world impact. You ship fast and improve fast.
• Full-Stack Fluency: Deep experience with modern web stacks, APIs, and cloud infrastructure. Our stack includes: Next.js, Vercel, MongoDB, Google Vertex, OpenAI, and more.
• Architect-Level Thinking: You’ve built systems from the ground up, and you know how to scale them.
• Startup Energy: Comfortable with ambiguity, speed, and wearing multiple hats.
• Product Instincts: You think in outcomes, not tickets. You want to shape what we build, not just how we build it.
