About the Role

We’re looking for a scrappy, well-rounded Marketing Manager to help us grow Heatseeker’s presence with modern marketing teams. This is an ideal role for someone who has spent a few years in B2B SaaS who’s ready to take on more ownership and grow alongside the company. You'll work across product marketing, content, and demand generation—wearing multiple hats and helping shape the way we talk to and grow our audience. Responsibilities

  • Tell product stories that resonate: Translate features and use cases into crisp messaging and positioning that connects with CMOs and senior marketers.
  • Drive campaigns that get attention: Support the execution of multi-channel campaigns—email, content, webinars, paid, and social—to drive interest and engagement.
  • Build high-quality content: Help create blog posts, social posts, case studies, one-pagers, and launch materials that show the value of Heatseeker.
  • Support launches: Partner with product and sales to bring new features to market with launch emails, decks, landing pages, and more.
  • Stay AI-forward: Learn and communicate how AI is changing marketing, and help position Heatseeker at the forefront of that shift.
  • Work cross-functionally: Align with product, sales, and leadership to prioritize initiatives and measure what matters.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or tech.
  • Are a true generalist—you've touched product marketing, content and demand gen.
  • Strong writing skills—you can take complex ideas and turn them into compelling narratives.
  • Are self-directed—you don’t wait to be told what to do, and love figuring things out.
  • Interest in AI and how it’s transforming the way marketing leaders operate.
  • Know your way around basic tools (e.g. HubSpot, Google Analytics, campaign trackers), or are eager to learn them quickly.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience marketing to CMOs, VPs of Marketing, or senior decision-makers.
  • Early-stage or startup experience—you’re comfortable with ambiguity and speed.
  • Familiarity with data, analytics, or research workflows in a marketing context.
