The Opportunity

Join our founding team as Chief of Staff and become the strategic operations backbone of a fast-growing AI startup. This role offers direct exposure to C-suite decision-making, cross-functional leadership, and the chance to build scalable operational frameworks from the ground up.

You’ll work directly with three seasoned entrepreneurs, gaining visibility into fundraising strategy, go-to-market execution, product development, and partnerships. This is your chance to accelerate your leadership trajectory while shaping the operational DNA of a category-defining company.

Strategic Impact Areas

Executive Operations & Strategic Coordination

• Maximize founder productivity through smart scheduling and strategic meeting facilitation

• Drive cross-functional alignment by keeping visibility on key initiatives and ensuring smooth execution

• Synthesize complex information into clear, concise briefings and decision frameworks

• Anticipate organizational needs and remove friction to keep leadership focused

Architecture & Process Optimization

• Design and implement scalable systems using best-in-class tools (Notion, HubSpot, Slack)

• Build dashboards and KPI tracking to maintain organizational transparency

• Lead automation initiatives to cut low-value work and optimize resources

• Establish operational frameworks that support rapid scaling

Project Leadership

• Own high-impact initiatives across product strategy, customer success, and growth

• Develop communication frameworks and documentation standards that support data-driven decision-making

• Lead talent acquisition and organizational development initiatives

• Drive strategic analysis and competitive intelligence projects

External Relations & Business Development Support

• Coordinate investor relations activities and board prep

• Support partnership development and strategic alliances

• Manage executive presence at industry events and thought leadership opportunities

• Build and manage key stakeholder relationships and external communications

What Makes You Successful

• Recent MBA graduate with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

• Tech-forward mindset with the ability to quickly master new platforms and tools

• Strong executive presence and ability to influence across levels

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for making complex concepts simple

• High emotional intelligence and discretion when handling sensitive information • Entrepreneurial spirit — you move fast and make things better as you go

** Please note that this is role must be working Pacific hours - with the expectation of some crossover with Australian Eastern timezone **
