We’re looking for an HR Business Partner junior Apprentice to join our amazing team in Paris!

\n\n

As part of your role, you will participate in designing and deploying recruitment, integration, performance review and reward strategies. You will join the HR team in a fast-paced international growth environment, to support our expansion and you will work and report directly to the Talent & Operations Manager.

\n\n

As a future Master 1 or Master 2 Human Resources student, you're looking for a 12 to 15-month HR apprenticeship that will enable you to discover the HR function in an international environment, with a focus on new technologies and innovation.

  • Publication of job offers on our dedicated platforms.

  • Sourcing, conducting pre-qualification interviews, tracking the recruitment process with managers, responding to applicants and follow-up.

  • Participation in engineering school student forums (Mines Paris, ENSTA, EPITA)

  • Draft promises of employment and employment contracts.

  • Participation in implementing agreements on diversity, inclusion and remote working.

  • Participation in the organization of professional elections.
