Job Description

Role

We’re looking for outstanding talents to join our amazing team in Paris!

As part of your role, you will report directly to the Talent & Operations Manager.

You will join the HR team in a fast-paced international growth environment, as we are opening new offices in the USA. To support this expansion, we are looking for an apprentice HR Generalist to help structure the HR department.

As a future Master 1 or Master 2 Human Resources student, you're looking for a 12 to 15-month HR apprenticeship that will enable you to discover the HR function in an international environment, with a focus on new technologies and innovation.

Responsibilities

Recruitment and School Relations

  • Definition of needs, drafting of job descriptions (internships/Juniors), publication of job offers on dedicated platforms.

  • Sourcing, conducting pre-qualification interviews, tracking the recruitment process with managers, responding to applicants and administrative follow-up.

  • Participation in engineering school student forums.

Legal

  • Draft promises of employment and employment contracts.

  • Participation in implementing agreements on diversity, inclusion and remote working.

  • Participation in the organization of professional elections.

Onboarding / Offboarding

  • Welcoming new arrivals.

  • Improving the Welcome booklet.

  • Animation of trainee exit interviews.

Payroll

  • Carrying out administrative formalities: registering new arrivals with the mutual insurance company (ALAN), registering with occupational medicine (CMIE), SWILE, Notion, Payfit, etc.

  • Entry of new arrivals, checking and validation of payroll, entry and validation of expense claims, validation of leave, organization of parental leave.

Performance cycle & career development

  • Participation of the organization of the annual, professional and mobility reviews

  • Participation of the organization of the 2024 training plan.

Benchmarks & reporting

  • Organization of a benchmark of best HR practices and tools.

  • HR dashboard : ensure monthly updating of HR data reports.

Tools : Payfit, Alan, CMIE, Notion, Microsoft pack office.

Preferred Experience

  • You are in Master 1 or Master 2 in an Human Resources School.

  • 3-6 months of relevant experience as HR in a company and/or startup.

  • You learn fast and can quickly grasp HR concepts and excel has no secret for you.

  • You are highly organized, and can prioritize tasks efficiently in a goal-oriented manner while remaining flexible.

  • You are a team player and enjoy fostering collaborative relationships with other departments.

  • You are fluent in English; French is a plus.
