Role

We’re looking for outstanding talents to join our amazing team in Paris!

\n\n

As a Product Manager, you are responsible for the success of the product, driving the company's growth and success. You will report directly to the CTO and CEO.

\n\n

Along with the Tech & Product team, you will be the interface between the needs of customers (sales, business development, operations) and the Engineering team. Also, you have a key position as a Product Manager for the CEO and the CTO and you will interact with all C-levels.

\n\n

Your role will be to define development priorities and obtain validation from the technical team, as well as being responsible for interactions with customers and ensures that projects are in line with expectations.

\n\n

After completion of initial versions of our product, you will be part of a growing team, with the objective of helping to drive the next developments.

\n\n

Making sure client demands and product development are aligned is no easy task. You’re an expert at coordinating what’s being asked and needed with what’s being achievable.

Responsibilities

  • Product roadmap: Creating and maintaining a product roadmap that outlines the timeline, features, and goals for the product. The Product Manager makes proposal that are technically valid (see product development and consistent with the Technical vision) and are in line with the product strategy (see below).

  • \n
  • Product strategy: Developing and communicating a clear product strategy that aligns with the company's goals, market trends, and user needs. This will be done directly under the supervision of the CEO (core goal to be market-driven) with participation of the CTO (core goal to be technically consistent).

  • \n
  • Product development: Working closely with the engineering team to ensure that the product is developed according to the product roadmap and engineering processes. Adopting and implementing agile development methodologies to ensure that the product is developed efficiently, effectively, and according to the product roadmap (together with Head of Engineering).

  • \n
  • Leadership: Working with all stakeholders across Heex, including CEO & CTO, sales, marketing, customer support & operations, engineering, and R&D, to ensure that the product meets their goals. Fostering a collaborative product culture with his team and all across Heex.

  • \n
  • Market research: Conducting market research and analysis to identify user needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. In coordination with Business Development.

  • \n
  • Custumer feedback: Conducting user research and analysis to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences. Defining and tracking product metrics to measure the success of the product and identify opportunities for improvement (complementary to compliance in Head of Engineering).

  • Product launch: Planning and executing a successful product launch, including developing marketing materials, training the sales team, and coordinating with other stakeholders. In coordination with Operations.

  • Management: Manage your team members (evaluation, career evolution, salaries…) and selection of the tools with a budget for it.

  • You have a college degree (business or engineering school) or equivalent theoretical knowledge.

  • \n
  • You have 5+ years of relevant experience as a Product Manager or similar field (Product owner), in a SaaS company and/or startup (software technology, SaaS, cloud services, etc.).

  • \n
  • You have a clear vision of the implementation of web architectures, and you can quickly develop a good knowledge of the business domain.

  • \n
  • You master agile processes and iterative product design.

  • \n
  • You deeply understand how to scope and execute product strategies.

  • \n
  • You know and master agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.

  • \n
  • You can write User Stories and prioritize Backlogs.

  • \n
  • You can lead technical teams to deliver in time and manage recipes.

  • \n
  • You like UX and ergonomics in a broad sense.

  • \n
  • You know how to work closely with a range of cross-functional teams like sales, marketing, design, financial, and engineering.

  • \n
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • \n
  • You are fluent in English; French is a plus.
