\n\nAs an Embedded Team Lead, you will contribute to design and implement a leading software of embedded devices and systems solution for high-quality international enterprise customers.
\n\nAlong with the Tech & Product team, you will drive the innovation and execution of cutting-edge products and services.
\n\nYou’ll be working closely within a team of developers and reporting directly to the Chief Technical Officer.
\n\nYou will attend weekly meetings to help define the development roadmaps and priorities, and then work towards building our solution.

\n\nResponsibilities

Supervise, plan, participate in the development and motivation of the Embedded team.
\nMaster key management skills and demonstrate leadership.
\nEnsure the proper coordination of the Embedded team to guarantee compliance with costs, quality and deadlines.
\nEnsure the periodic evaluation of individual performance of Embedded team and compliance with Heex values.
\nGuarantee and disseminate the use of best practices in terms of security, maintainability and scalability of developments.
\nMaintain a technology watch to enrich development processes.
\nParticipate in software design and development.
\nLead SCRUM rituals in coordination with other teams.
\nDesign and implement software of embedded devices and systems from requirements to production and commercial deployment
\nDesign, develop, code, test and debug system software
\nReview code and design
\nAnalyze and enhance efficiency, stability and scalability of system resources
\nIntegrate and validate new product designs
\nSupport software QA and optimize I/O performance
\nProvide post production support
\nInterface with hardware design and development
\nAssess third party and open source software
\n
\nPreferred Experience\n
\n- \n
4+ proven working experience in software engineering
\nBS degree in Computer Science or Engineering
\nExperience in hands-on development and troubleshooting on embedded targets
\nSolid programming experience in C or C++
\nProven experience in embedded systems design with preemptive, multitasking
\nreal-time operating systems
\nFamiliarity with software configuration management tools, defect tracking tools,
\nand peer review
\nExcellent knowledge of OS coding techniques, IP protocols, interfaces and
\nhardware subsystems
\nAdequate knowledge of reading schematics and data sheets for components
\nStrong documentation and writing skills
\nYou are fluent in English and French.
