\n\nWe’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our amazing team in Paris!
\n\nAs a Sales Operations Manager, you will help to build, implement, communicate and manage our worldwide sales operations function.
\n\nReporting to the VP of Business Development, you will partner with the growing global sales team to support the development and execution of sales strategy and go-to-market, drive adoption and globally aligned processes, programs and tech platforms, and deliver analytics and other operational support to the sales team.
\n\nAs an individual contributor, the Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for defining, implementing and managing the process, governance, reporting & tooling for Heex Technologies Sales Teams.
\n\nThey will play a pivotal role within the Sales function and will work closely with the Sales Team on a day to day basis. This is an exciting role to help build a strong business and support the ambitious growth we are aiming.
\n\nYour business insights, analytics and operational and process oriented skills will be key to bring value to our organization.

\n\nResponsibilities
\n\n- \n
Partner with global sales team to support sales strategy & go-to-market development and execution, including customer segmentation, CRM resource, territory etc.
\nImplement globally aligned processes and sales automation tools. These may include sales analytics & reporting, forecasting, technology platforms, sales training etc.
\nObserve, propose and optimise sales workflows from marketing automation, leveraging CRM and sales tool
\nProvide analytics on sales performance and other business metrics; conduct quantitative and qualitative research to shape narratives and recommendations around business plans and results
\nWork with sales leadership on sales targets, quota, and territory; support sales incentive plan execution
\nManage & maintain the sales pipeline and forecasting process; work with the sales team to deliver increasingly meaningful and accurate forecasts.
\nManage & govern post sales contract activity liaising with internal teams, to ensure contractual and invoicing obligations are met Maintaining source systems and up to date integration & data between these systems
\nWork with sales team to maintain system hygiene across technology platforms
\nActively identify operational deficiencies or issues, and make change recommendations to drive sales effectiveness and efficiency
\nParticipate and contribute to the development of global capabilities, programs and processes, including technology platform (CRM, Analytics Tool etc.) implementation and enhancement, sales incentive plan development and implementation, sales training program development and implementation

\nPreferred Experience\n

You have a Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent (Business or Engineering School)
\nMinimum 2-3 years successful track record in Sales/Revenue/Commercial Operations, Sales/Finance, Sales/Commercial Enablement in a SaaS company and/or start-up (software technology, SaaS, cloud services, etc.)
\nYou have strong planning, organizational and analytical skills, and are capable of driving a discussion and challenging others with your use of observational feedback, data and facts.
\nYou are mastering CRM tools (Hubspot) and have experience with implementing and administering CRM tools and sales automation processes
\nYou have strong communication and collaboration skills and entrepreneurial thinking
\nYou are a self-motivated individual that knows how to identify and deliver value to internal/external stakeholders, both while working autonomously as well as part of a team
\nYou understand the ecosystem and the interests of your customers, based upon which you can deduce service strategies and establish processes
\nYou are highly organized and independent, and can prioritize tasks efficiently in a goal-oriented manner while remaining flexible
\nYou are a team player and enjoy fostering collaborative relationships with other departments
\nYou are fluent in English; French is a plus.
