Job description

The Finance manager will play a critical role in developing the financial strategy of Heex Technologies. They will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis. The Finance manager will ensure the financial health and sustainability of the organization, supporting the CEO and the executive team in strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Tasks:

  • Perform general administrative tasks

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.

  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

  • Develop and maintain a filing system.

  • Provide support to the management team as needed.

  • Performing administrative work and office management tasks

Finance Tasks:

  • Maintaining the internal accounting records of the company for proper cash flow planning and collaboration with finance manager

  • Assisting fundraising efforts and preparation of financial documents

Marketing Tasks:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.

  • Maintain and update the company's social media profiles and website.

  • Help create marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters.

  • Coordinate and organize marketing events and promotions.

Profil recherché

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field preferred.

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant, with additional experience in finance and/or marketing.

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous internship or work experience in marketing or a related field.

  • Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).

  • Knowledge of LinkedIn analytics and Google Analytics

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools (SEO, Google Analytics, email marketing).

  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and financial software.

  • Experience with social media platforms and marketing tools.

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
