Mechanical Engineer

About the Role

The mechanical engineer will be responsible for designing, constructing and maintaining floating solar power plants.

This is a full-time hybrid role that involves working both in-office (located in Paris) and remotely.

The role may require some travel.
CDI contract.

Requirements

- Practical experience in the naval, marine, civil or similar industry - someone who has been successful in building structures on the water, the most important skills for this position.
- Work experience is a minimum of 5 years.
- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with team.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical, marine engineering, naval architecture or related field.
- English and French.
- Excellent in CFD and FEA tools.
- Knowledge of solar energy is a plus.
