The Implementation Consultant supports the commercialization of software products by assisting the business with new client implementations, which include application build, timeline and budget monitoring, end-user training, and stabilization check-ins. The Implementation Consultant leads with a Customer Service attitude to generate early satisfaction with the software products.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Lead customers through the software implementation lifecycle, including planning, configuration, data migration, testing, training, and project close
  • Review and interpret executed statements of work to develop implementation plans and timelines
  • Maintain project documentation, including timelines, meeting notes, and configuration records
  • Guide customers through application configuration, security setup, and workflow alignment
  • Process, validate, and reconcile system data during data load and testing phases
  • Troubleshoot configuration and customization requests in collaboration with development teams
  • Facilitate end-user training and support system adoption
  • Obtain customer sign-off at key milestones to confirm system configuration meets expectations
  • Document user feedback and provide insights to product teams for future enhancements
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure a smooth transition to post-implementation support

Additional Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects and prioritize work effectively
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Development, and Customer Success
  • Participate in department initiatives and special projects as assigned
  • Provide feedback to improve implementation materials, documentation, and processes
  • Complete assigned product support rotations through the Help Desk platform
  • Continue developing technical and implementation skills with guidance from senior team members

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Minimum Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Minimum 2 years of supporting software implementations and data management initiatives or equivalent experience
  • Ability to learn complex health care financial and operational concepts
  • Project leadership and internal/external stakeholder collaboration experience
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in data analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate business needs to cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively while managing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and strong emotional intelligence
  • Intermediate familiarity with Azure and development team workflows
  • Knowledge of the health care industry

Preferred Skills

  • Advanced experience with Excel and Oracle BI
  • Experience with project management tools (SmartSheets, Notion, etc.) and software implementation
  • Experience managing and analyzing large datasets emphasis on data management concepts and related technology tools
  • Advanced knowledge of the health care industry and clinical education

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Reflected below is the base salary range offered for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors including but not limited to academic achievements, skills and experience. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

  • $75,000 - $105,000
