Role Description
We are seeking a Marketing Associate – Social Media to lead heva’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This role combines creative storytelling (reels, shorts, stories, and posts) with performance marketing execution (Meta Business Suite, ad campaigns, analytics).
You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing campaigns, and ensuring our brand reaches patients and providers in ways that build trust and drive growth.
This is a hands-on, in-person role based in our Mexico City office.
Responsibilities
- Develop, produce, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube (reels, shorts, stories, posts).
- Manage the social media calendar to ensure consistent, high-quality output aligned with heva’s brand voice.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns using Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance; use insights to refine creative and targeting.
- Stay current on social media trends and platform algorithm changes.
- Foster engagement with doctors, patients, and communities through active social presence.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management and content creation.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager and performance marketing.
- Proficiency with video editing and design tools (e.g., Figma, CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Data-driven mindset: able to interpret analytics and optimize campaigns.
- Highly creative, detail-oriented, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or marketplace businesses.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Metricool, Buffer, or other social media/marketing tools.
- Comfort appearing on camera or collaborating with influencers and creators.
