Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join heva’s commercial team. This role will provide vital support to our sales organization by helping identify and research prospective healthcare providers, maintaining accurate data in our CRM (Notion), and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and eager to contribute to a fast-growing startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct provider prospecting and sales research to identify qualified leads across target markets.
  • Maintain and update provider records in our Notion-based CRM, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Support the commercial team with day-to-day execution tasks, including preparing lists, reports, and follow-up actions.
  • Assist in tracking outreach, responses, and pipeline progress to ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with sales representatives to prioritize leads and support scheduling of meetings or demos.
  • Provide general administrative support to the commercial team, contributing to efficient sales processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong research and organizational skills with extreme attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Notion experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Proficiency in general purpose AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, etc).
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Interest in healthcare, SaaS, or international markets is a plus.
