As Account Executive at hexafarms, your mission is simple but ambitious: help growers grow smarter and thrive — and, together, grow our ARR by winning new customers.
About the role
  • Own the sales cycle – from prospecting to closing
  • Identify and nurture high-potential leads to build a strong pipeline
  • Work directly with leadership to create a repeatable, scalable sales process
  • Help shape the future of ag-tech by getting our solutions into the hands of growers worldwide
  • We’re hiring multiple people to focus on different countries (Germany, The Netherlands, Spain)

Your profile
  • 2+ years proven experience in B2B sales.
  • Experience in fast-paced startup environment.
  • Fluency in Spanish.
  • You’re hands-on. We’re a small, lean team trying to accomplish outstanding things
  • Self-starter with high agency and adaptability to ambiguity
  • You can and will own stuff.
  • You are reliable.
  • We are looking to hire 'rising stars', who can grow with the company into more senior roles
Nice to have
  • Proficiency in German or Dutch.
  • Experience revolutionising “traditional” industries with tech e.g. agriculture, health (selling to hospitals), construction.
