What You can expect in a Client Success Coach at Hiveclass

• You will facilitate interactive workshops for Physical Educators across the country both in-person and online.
• You will leverage workshop data and self reflection to innovate and improve your own instructional practices, thereby enhancing teachers’ learning experiences.
• You will further Hiveclass’ mission to reimagine Physical Education and Wellness by working directly with educators, school administrators and other educational institutions.
• You will deliver exceptional client services, instilling the Growth Team philosophy of attracting, engaging and delighting new and existing client partners.
• You will provide support to clients to promote successful partnerships and positive impact on learning environments.
• You will collaborate with Hiveclass team members to help further the company’s growth.
• You will take charge of your own professional learning and growth so you can continue to make a lasting impact.

What We Expect of You

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education, Education or related field
• 5 years of Classroom Teaching Experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Physical Education, Education, or related field
• State-issued certificate to teach K-12 Physical Education
• Experience leading adult education workshops
• Demonstrated independence in managing client engagements and expertly delivering services
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly growing startup company

Who You Will Work With

The Client Success Coach will collaborate with other Growth Team members focused on Client Success, Sales and Marketing. You will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer, whose values-based leadership is committed to your success, professional growth and positive contributions to the company’s mission. You will have the opportunity to lead and collaborate across the company to expand your impact and connections within Hiveclass.

Where You Will Work

The Client Success Coach is a remote role with the expectation that you will travel to schools to deliver professional development services. We estimate that as a Coach, you will initially travel 20-40% of the time. But once the word gets out how great of a Client Success Coach you are, we are sure that more schools will be knocking on the PD door!

As a remote worker, you have the option to work from your own space, where every day is bring your dog (or preferred pet) to work day. When you are not on site delivering workshops or services, you will have the freedom to create your own work environment - but with this comes high performance and work-product expectations.
