Your Role:

As a Data/Product Analyst at Hormona, you will play a critical role in driving data-informed decision-making across the organization. You’ll leverage your analytical expertise to uncover actionable insights, optimize user acquisition and retention strategies, and model growth opportunities. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll help create a seamless feedback loop that ensures our app continues to deliver exceptional value to millions of users.

Daily Responsibilities:

- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze user data to identify trends, behaviors, and growth opportunities. Create ad-hoc analytical reports with actionable recommendations.

- Growth Modeling: Develop data models to forecast growth in both user acquisition and revenue. Identify optimal user segmentation to refine retention and conversion funnels.

- Experimentation and Best Practices: Standardize and unify A/B testing methodologies across teams. Ensure best practices are adopted for reliable, actionable experiment results.

- Performance Insights: Collaborate with product and marketing teams to validate hypotheses using methods like multivariable testing. Provide insights into app performance and user engagement.

- KPI Development and Tracking: Help define key performance indicators (KPIs) and set measurable targets to guide business growth and user engagement strategies.

- Feedback Loop Creation: Analyze the impact of product changes and marketing campaigns to create a continuous improvement loop that informs future decisions.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience: At least 4+ years as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or a similar role in a product-driven or subscription-based business.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics, or an equivalent field.

- Proficiency in data analysis platforms such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Tableau, or Power BI.

- Experience with data warehouses like Google BigQuery or similar.

- Expertise in data visualization, presenting insights clearly to stakeholders.

- Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention metrics, and subscription-based app strategies.

- Problem-Solving: Ability to proactively identify challenges and craft data-driven solutions.

Nice to have:

- Experience in wellness or health-focused consumer app businesses.

- Familiarity with the unique needs and opportunities within women’s health.
