Our award-winning app is the first comprehensive personalized hormone tracking app that helps women of all ages understand and optimize their individual cycle and hormone health. Through a wide range of popular features such as hormone, cycle, period, and symptom tracking, daily health insights, hormone education, dietary advice, and symptom-mitigating tips and plans, Hormona is pioneering the area of "Hormone Health" and cycle optimization.

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a visionary and growth-focused leader to spearhead our global marketing strategy. As the Marketing and Brand Manager, you will lead the charge in scaling Hormona’s brand globally, creating and executing growth strategies that resonate with audiences across diverse markets. You should have experience building and scaling international brands and leveraging data-driven marketing to fuel user acquisition and brand loyalty across a wide range of regions.

Role Overview:

Global Brand Strategy & Positioning:

  • Develop and lead Hormona’s global marketing strategy, positioning the brand as a leader in women’s health in key markets across, Europe, North America and beyond.
  • Tailor brand messaging to diverse cultural nuances while ensuring a consistent global brand voice that resonates with women of all backgrounds.
  • Execute market-specific strategies to expand our presence in new regions, ensuring successful market entry and awareness building.

Growth Marketing & Global Expansion:

  • Lead growth marketing efforts on a global scale, driving user acquisition and retention across multiple digital channels (social media, paid search, influencers, affiliates, and more).
  • Spearhead localization efforts to ensure our marketing campaigns are relevant and impactful in different regions, optimizing for local behavior and trends.
  • Implement growth hacking strategies to test and scale new markets, driving high-quality traffic and converting users across diverse geographic areas.

Data-Driven Insights & Performance:

  • Leverage data and analytics to monitor global marketing performance and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI across all digital channels.
  • Work closely with the data team to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across regions, ensuring campaigns are optimized for both global and local markets.
  • Utilize A/B testing and analytics tools to measure and refine strategies, adjusting campaigns based on real-time insights.

Digital Marketing & Community Engagement:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that target international audiences, including social media, SEO, email, and content marketing.
  • Build and nurture a global community of users and brand advocates, driving engagement and fostering loyalty across all touchpoints.
  • Lead influencer marketing and affiliate programs globally, building partnerships that amplify brand reach and create organic growth in local markets.

Creative Leadership & Brand Storytelling:

  • Lead and inspire the creative team to develop powerful campaigns that resonate with women worldwide, blending cultural relevance with Hormona’s core values.
  • Ensure all creative assets, from visual identity to content, align with the global brand strategy while maintaining flexibility to adapt for local markets.
  • Oversee the development of educational content, resources, and campaigns that elevate Hormona’s thought leadership on a global scale.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand management, growth marketing, and scaling digital marketing campaigns across multiple international markets.
  • Proven experience in brand strategy and market expansion, with a deep understanding of localization and cultural nuances.
  • Expertise in performance marketing across channels such as social media, paid search, email marketing, and influencer partnerships, with a track record of scaling in international markets.
  • Strong background in data-driven marketing, with the ability to use analytics platforms to guide decisions and optimize performance on a global scale.
  • Strong design skills, with proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and a hands-on approach to design.
  • Strong understanding of **growth hacking** techniques and **digital marketing trends** in various regions.
