As a Performance Specialist, you will dive deep into campaign performance, A/B testing, and data analysis to optimize every stage of the customer journey. You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, with a relentless focus on measuring and improving performance across multiple channels.
You have a proven track record of leveraging data to enhance marketing campaigns, optimize user funnels, and improve key metrics, all while collaborating cross-functionally with teams to drive growth. Your ability to analyze, experiment, and iterate will be pivotal in maximizing our app's reach and retention.
Role Overview:
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you'll play a critical role in fine-tuning Hormona's marketing strategies and campaigns, ensuring that every initiative is designed to drive measurable outcomes. Whether it’s refining A/B tests or optimizing app store strategies, you’ll be the expert ensuring that every marketing dollar is working harder for our mission.
You’ll collaborate closely with product, design, and marketing teams to implement insights that make a real impact. You’ll also be instrumental in shaping our app growth strategy, improving our CRM and lifecycle marketing, and supporting key initiatives to drive app performance.
Responsibilities:
Optimize Campaign Performance:
- Develop, test, and refine marketing campaigns using data to optimize acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Apply deep performance analysis to identify bottlenecks in the user journey, and implement improvements to drive better conversion rates.
- Lead the A/B testing strategy, focusing on refining messaging, targeting, and creative assets to ensure the highest impact.
Enhance App Growth and Mobile Performance:
- Oversee and improve App Store Optimization (ASO) efforts to maximize visibility and drive organic growth.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are designed for maximum performance across both mobile and web platforms.
- Analyze app ratings and reviews to identify user pain points and delight opportunities, driving app performance improvements.
Data-Driven Insights and Reporting:
- Use tools like Mixpanel, App Store Connect, and Google Analytics to track and analyze campaign performance, identifying trends and insights.
- Create regular performance reports that outline key metrics, testing results, and recommendations for future optimizations.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders, guiding future campaigns and strategies.
Collaborate for Growth:
- Work with product and design teams to implement user feedback loops and build experiences that boost retention.
- Refine customer segmentation and personalization strategies to increase lifetime value (LTV).
- Partner with lifecycle marketing and CRM teams to drive more engaging, effective, and data-optimized campaigns.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, data analysis, or similar roles, with a focus on optimizing campaigns and user funnels.
- Experience with A/B testing, data analysis, and using tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, App Store Connect, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of mobile app performance, with a particular focus on app growth and user acquisition strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM, lifecycle marketing, and user segmentation strategies.
